▍个人简介
2003年哈尔滨工程大学本科毕业,2009年获西北工业大学工学博士学位,2006-2007年香港理工大学联合培养。2009.1-2012.6香港理工大学从事博士后工作;2012.6-2019.3历任深圳大学讲师、副教授;2019.3-2022.6任南昌大学特聘教授;2022.7通过广州大学百人计划加入澳门新莆京app9817。主要从事介电材料、铁电压电材料、及半导体材料的制备、物性及其应用研究,在Nature Materials、Nature Communications、Advanced Materials、Nano Letters、Physical Review B等学术期刊发表论文130余篇,被引3330余篇次,H因子33;获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖一项;主持国家自然科学基金等项目多项。
